Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve optimal performance and increase the company's productivity
Assist in maintaining facilities and managing warehouse and fleet operations
Support technicians with work-related needs, including the delivery of job materials as required
Service and maintain warehouse and technician equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to warehousing, material handling, and shipping
Establish and monitor security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and contents
Manage inventory by performing regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with the storage system
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders or requisitions as needed
Adapt to the company's needs and take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support operations
Contribute to team success by achieving assigned objectives and supporting colleagues as needed
