Responsibilities

Ability to work with CAD tools, and create engineering blue prints using ASME Y14.5
Machining which will include Heat treat prep, large turn O-M, Large Phoenix; small PHX, Small turn Okuma, V.I.P. cell, Niles cell
Knowledge of forging/machining techniques and processes for manufacture
Ability to troubleshoot
Ability to design/modify tooling in a manufacturing environment
Process development
Ability to interpret drawing and create processes to manufacture parts and tooling to engineering blue prints
Ability to interpret manufacturing inspection data to ensure product meets engineering blue prints

Required

HS Diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
Familiar with the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CAD/CAM software
Associates degree in engineering/electrical/machining or equivalent
