Required
Experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Ability to manage a large geographical area
Experience managing Area Sales Managers (ASM)
Proven track record in driving sales growth of Google Nest's line of thermostats and smart home products
Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and contractors in the Professional (Pro) channel
Ability to meet Google Nest sales target attainment
Effective performance management of direct reports
Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
Ability to convert contractors
Experience in impactful training of wholesalers and contractors
Ability to collect data and provide insights
Effective CRM management
