Responsibilities
Configure and manage Prelude for smooth patient registration workflows and resolve related issues
Support RTE functionality for real-time insurance eligibility verification and enhance workflows
Perform updates, patches, and ensure integration with other Epic modules and external systems
Work closely with the Epic team and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and ensure system usability
Qualification
Required
Epic Certification: Epic Prelude and RTE certification required
Experience: 2-3 years in Epic system configuration (Prelude and RTE modules)
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and insurance verification
Proficiency with Epic systems, SQL, and integration management is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
