Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, day-to-day support to our global sales teams, acting as a primary point of contact for deal management and system inquiries
Own and manage critical sales administration processes, including quoting, contracting, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce
Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory global sales processes, providing guidance and support as needed
Assist with the onboarding of new Sales members to the Commercial team from a Sales Operations perspective, including sales tools user setup
Develop and maintain essential sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce, including forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reporting, transforming data into actionable insights for sales leadership
Analyze sales performance and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Communicate recommendations based on analysis
Contribute to key operational projects that enhance sales effectiveness and ensure adherence to our global sales processes
Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance Operations, and Data Analytics to support strategic initiatives
Prioritize your work effectively and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics
Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce required and candidate will be at an advantage with prior Looker experience
Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully
High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
Great time management
Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Preferred
Previous experience working in a high-growth Tech or SaaS environment
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Looker
