Responsibilities
Build campaigns aligned with lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Martech, and Agency teams to manage triggered campaigns that leverage predictive data models to deliver personalized offers across customer segments
Lead strategic partnership activation projects from concept through execution, driving engagement, awareness, and measurable business impact
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies and activations
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous innovation, improvement, and best-in-class marketing practices
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major
Six or more years' relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Preferred
Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs
Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
