Responsibilities
Manage projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing and communication services
Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs
Working with and preparing PDF files
Use of digital copiers/presses to set up and produce customer jobs
Working with customers in person and over the phone
Qualification
Required
Print production experience
Customer service experience
Ability to manage quality and deadlines
Ability to provide a great customer experience
Experience with Prepress and/or Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to work with and prepare PDF files
Experience using digital copiers/presses to set up and produce customer jobs
Ability to work with customers in person and over the phone
Preferred
Experience with print shop finishing equipment (Cutting, Folding, Padding, etc.)
Experience with Xerox or Konica
