Responsibilities
Craft and execute bold business development strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen our presence in existing accounts
Forge and nurture trust-based partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, becoming a strategic ally in their digital transformation journeys
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored Digital Solutions and IT Talent strategies that address client-specific challenges and objectives
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge
Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align proactive proposals and business development efforts with organizational goals and capabilities
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualification
Required
7-12 years of sales experience with an existing network
Proven track record in B2B sales
Experience in technology solution and staffing sectors
Ability to close multi-million-dollar deals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% or more)
