Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads, tablets, and desktops
Support K–12 districts and business clients with device repair, device fleet management, and large-scale deployments
Configure, image, and deploy devices with white-glove care and enterprise-level precision for managed device services
Assist with IT logistics, parts handling, and asset management
Maintain accurate documentation, ticketing, and invoicing in company systems
Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace, and collaborate with teammates to streamline repair workflows and meet evolving client needs
Qualification
Required
Beginner IT technician or IT career starter looking for paid training
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads, tablets, and desktops
Ability to perform screen, battery, and component replacements
Ability to assist with IT logistics, parts handling, and asset management
Ability to maintain accurate documentation, ticketing, and invoicing in company systems
Ability to keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
