Information Technology Project Manager - PMO Enterprise

Responsibilities
Leads IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met such as; project objectives, developing detailed project plans, and managing project resources
Matures and upholds comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate, transparent and reported to provide visibility into project status, risks, and issues for leadership and stakeholders
Collaborates with IDN councils to ensure that IT projects align with organizational priorities and strategic goals
Facilitates the intake and prioritization of IT project requests through the IDN’s governance process, ensuring that projects are evaluated and approved based on their strategic value and resource availability
Guides, directs, and supports cross-functional project teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project deliver such as; coordinating team activities, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative team environment
Serves as the central point of contact for project communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle such as; preparing and delivering regular project updates for governance forums and leadership committees
Develops and maintains strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and support for project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Five (5) years' experience in IT project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification prior to start date and maintained
Proven ability to manage projects using structured methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
Experience with IT service management and an understanding of problem, incident, and change management processes
Strong organizational, documentation, and governance skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across diverse teams
