Responsibilities
Handle all daily operations for Syndication and Bi-Lateral Fund Finance loans and Customer Time Deposits
Check and process Loan bookings passed by (Fund Finance Group/Front Office) in Loan GL system and process any relevant payments
Verify loan and time deposit operations against pertinent instructions/documents/notices
Monitor Emails/Loan Notices/Instructions from Agent Banks and Fund Finance Group for Syndication and Bi-Lateral loans and assist team in any communications with Fund Finance Group
Prepare daily USD and CCY Positions for Operations Loans Group. Daily download, check, save various Beginning of Day (BOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports and files
Create month-end and term end reports and circulation
Enhance, repair, and validate payment and loan data to ensure transaction monitoring data are captured
Cross-train for Collateral Management operations for additional support
Review loan agreements and Terms & Conditions of Facility and other related requisite loan documentation
Investigate and resolve operational issues and breaks in data reconciliations
Support review and timely updates of group policies, procedures, operation manual, and RCSA to ensure transactions and processing operations and controls are captured
Assist and support the group on audit and regulatory exam matters
Support other functions related to system upgrades and new systems related to group as assigned by managers (e.g. UAT)
Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2–6 years of relevant loans operations experience (title dependent on experience)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Outlook, Access, Power Point, and Internet Explorer
Experience/Knowledge of processing Fund Finance and Syndication Loans required
Preferred
Experience/Knowledge of SWIFT Payment Messages preferred
