Responsibilities
Administer the janitorial, landscaping and pest control services including vendor oversight, employee support, policy enforcement, and reporting
Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for assigned workplace services across the organization, providing timely, effective service and communication to employees
Provide backup support for additional Corporate Service programs, such as corporate travel and office operations
Development of new vendor relationships for assigned programs, including scope design, service delivery, and performance management
Manage third-party service providers related to workplace programs and office operations, ensuring alignment with service level expectations
Monitor performance, address service issues, and assist in contract renewals and negotiations in partnership with Purchasing or Legal as needed
Help ensure consistency in service delivery and employee support across all office locations
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize space utilization, sustainability, employee experience, and operational efficiency
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain program documentation, service metrics, and compliance records (e.g., janitorial consumable inventory, service satisfaction, corrective action plans)
Assist in preparing reporting for leadership and compliance reviews related to assigned program areas
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, ensure adherence to quality standards, and develop comprehensive reports to support ongoing program evaluation and improvement
Ensure programs comply with internal policies and applicable regulations, janitorial requirements, and expense reporting
Monitor and maintain budgets, invoices, and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant experience in workplace services, high-volume janitorial management, office management, or corporate operations, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing external vendor relationships
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
Experience managing vendors and service contracts; skilled in problem resolution and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools
Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for off-shift and weekend hours (upon special project needs)
Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc
