Roads to Peace (Clinton County): Client Services Manager
The Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect is seeking a Client Services Manager for the Roads to Peace program. This role involves supervising direct service staff, ensuring high-quality advocacy and support for clients, and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain strict confidentiality standards
Serve as the Direct Services Supervisor as specified in 42 PA C.S.A. 5945.1
Supervise the day-to-day functioning of staff doing direct service work
Lead case management and case review on a regular basis
In consultation with Executive Director evaluate progress of direct service staff
Meet bi-weekly with each full or part-time Direct Staff to maintain continuity of services
Maintain and oversee client records, while keeping them in a locked filing cabinet with restricted access
Collaborate with other staff to assist the Executive Director with grant and renewal applications, as needed
Oversee the provision of support groups and collaborate on relevant community education
Be registered and approved on the Protection from Abuse Database (PFAD) and assist with filling out forms, filing online, and follow-through by helping clients file pro se Protection Orders and Victim Witness information and advocacy forms
Lead and coordinate training of staff and prospective volunteers
Document service efforts and time in ETO and Payroll Time Tracking System
Complete and remain current in all trainings, relevant to essential responsibilities, and expectations required by CCWC-RTP funding agencies. This includes the initial SAC and DVC trainings and the ongoing annual training (SA 6 hours, DV 8 hours)
Participate in relevant task forces, committees, and meetings, including PCADV Caucuses, if relevant and desired
Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, follow-up services and transportation to clients, including court and hospital transportation, accompaniment, and advocacy as needed
Assist with the maintenance and organization of the shelter, including cleaning, preparing rooms for resident arrival, intake and storage of food, personal care, cleaning supplies and other donations
Serve as a backup to on-call personnel
Perform other duties as required by the Executive Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of general PC operations, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, use of personal vehicle, proof of appropriate auto insurance and registration required and be available for travel as position dictate
Successful completion of the background checks as required by our funders and CCWC-RTP
Prolonged sitting, stooping, reaching overhead, lifting up to 30 pounds, ability to climb stairs
Prolonged computer work
The ability to distinguish letters and symbols, corrected vision, and hearing to normal range
May require working under stressful conditions and working irregular hours
May require exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and volatile interactions
Safety equipment and procedures are available and mandated
