Driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ DIY retail stores
Cultivating relationships with retail management and associates to drive awareness
Training and emphasizing strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share of Google Nest products
Developing a comprehensive approach and tracking of training for customer sales and associate training
Influencing store associates at all levels
Coordinating and leading training events, whether 1:1 or group trainings, formal and informal
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales or territory management
Ability to cultivate relationships with retail management and associates
Strong communication and training skills
Experience in conducting training events, both 1:1 and group
Ability to drive awareness and strategic initiatives to increase sales
Experience in tracking training and sales performance
