Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
Collaborate across departments to align staffing with client and business needs
Support employee retention through recognition programs and engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Knowledge in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
