Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and related integrations
Analyze complex business problems and implement technical solutions
Lead system design, testing, deployment, and support activities

Conduct user training and provide mentorship to junior team members

Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Workday Payroll configuration and implementation
Must have Workday Payroll configuration experience
Demonstrated expertise with Symplr Time & Attendance systems
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Experience with revenue cycle management and information systems
Preferred
Healthcare or not-for-profit sector experience preferred
