Tri-State Horizons is a global house-of-brands celebrating local culture. They are seeking an Events Assistant to contribute to creating inspiring experiences through customer engagement and brand promotion.

Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and provide detailed information about products and services
Create Brand Awareness: Help promote our clients’ brands through various marketing and sales strategies
Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with other team members to discuss goals, strategies, and performance
Develop Innovative Training Methods: Assist in developing new training techniques for our team to enhance productivity and sales results
Attend Management Meetings: Engage with Leaders and management for business development and sales presentations
Travel to Business Development Events: Represent the company at local and domestic events to build brand presence and network with potential clients
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
Promote Products and Services: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
Qualification
Required
A master multitasker with strong organizational abilities
Detail-oriented and composed under pressure in a fast pace environment
Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
Has a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales management role
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possesses leadership qualities and a 'take-charge' personality
Has a business mindset and is eager to take on new challenges
