Responsibilities
Deal Execution – Lead the day-to-day management of M&A and capital raising processes across the technology sector
Client Engagement – Partner with Managing Directors to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate executives, founders, and private equity sponsors
Strategic Analysis – Drive valuation work, build and review complex financial models, and oversee due diligence efforts
Presentation & Marketing – Craft compelling materials including pitch decks, offering memoranda, and board-level presentations
Team Leadership – Guide Associates and Analysts in their professional development, ensuring high-quality work and strong collaboration
Market Insight – Stay on top of sector trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to provide thought leadership to clients
Qualification
Required
4+ years of investment banking experience with significant exposure to Technology M&A
Strong technical toolkit: advanced modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents)
Track record of managing live transactions from start to finish
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present ideas to C-suite executives and boards
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A strong team orientation combined with entrepreneurial drive
