Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the datacenter power generation industry, including EPCs, OEMs, and end-user power generation owners from IOUs to private power producers
Utilize value-based pitch techniques to effectively communicate Southwire's unique value proposition
Implement player map and capture team strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
Stay abreast of industry trends and future technology concepts to position Southwire as a leader in the market
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals
Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the business development team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
15+ Years of Experience
Manages Southwire Team Members
Number of Direct Reports: 2-5
Domestic, occasionally international travel - up to 50% of time
