Construction
Responsibilities
Collaborating with design team to detailed pool and outdoor living designs
Professionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings
Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes
Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling based programs
2 years of experience in landscape or landscape design related industry
Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite
Organized and creative thinker
Ability to take ownership of tasks and track details to completion
Preferred
A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
Programs : Land F/X CAD or Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion Pro, Rhino3d
Professional landscape design experience
Professional hand sketching skills
