Responsibilities

Support senior attorneys in defending insured clients in general liability and labor law matters
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, affidavits, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement correspondence
Appear in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediations and hearings
Communicate with clients, experts, and internal teams to manage case strategy and deadlines
Collaborate with support staff to maintain organized and current case files

J.D. from accredited law schoolAdmission to practice in NY/NJLegal researchWriting skillsCommunication skills
