Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive operations leadership, with VP-level or senior staffing experience
Proven success in scaling light industrial or high-volume staffing operations
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution skills
Expertise in process improvement
Experience managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
