Responsibilities
Roll up your sleeves to help recruiters close critical roles with clients
Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets
Drive $1M+ in annual revenue through direct hire placements in technology, product management, and executive search
Help win new business through networking, referrals, and recruiting
Foster a culture of persistence, hard work, and camaraderie while keeping Nxt Level’s standards high
Develop recruitment strategies to target top-tier candidates in civil engineering, legal, and technology
Maintain a focus on results, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in recruiting or headhunting, ideally in technology, product management, or executive search
Experience managing a team and delivering on revenue goals
Ability to handle changing demands with ease while mentoring and guiding a growing team
A love for building relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience
A true hunter with a 'do whatever it takes' mindset—you know cold-calling is the heart of the game
A natural leader who leads by example and can inspire a team to perform at their best
