Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems and processes to identify and implement improvements and opportunities to meet business unit objectives in smaller, less complex processes
Recommend system changes, documents business rules as well as conduct "as-is" and "to-be" process flowchart processes
Create user stories/user cases, process & Data flows and scenarios in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements to the team
Configure and maintain transportation software and integrated software to support end users. Implement proposed system changes
Remain flexible and navigate business changes and priorities
Demonstrate adaptability to untraditional processes and maintain a positive, proactive team environment
Test software and software integration changes and upgrades alongside team
Helps evolve the backlog by reviewing and inspecting
Qualification
Required
Experience and full working knowledge of agile methodologies including scrum and kanban
Ability to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems and processes to identify and implement improvements
Experience in recommending system changes and documenting business rules
Ability to conduct 'as-is' and 'to-be' process flowchart processes
Experience in creating user stories/user cases, process & Data flows and scenarios
Ability to configure and maintain transportation software and integrated software to support end users
Flexibility to navigate business changes and priorities
