This hands-on role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites while ensuring excellent service and communication with industrial customers.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites
Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols
Travel locally to customer facilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining similar manufacturing or industrial products
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam
Preferred
Motive Power product experience (batteries, chargers, etc) seen as a huge plus
