Responsibilities

Provide copy and mail center services, conference room and AV management, convenience copier fleet management, and other support services

Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on time to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines and productivity metrics

Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment; perform basic maintenance (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner)

Transfer files electronically and ensure error-free output

Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies per company guidelines

Maintain professional appearance and organized work area

Perform diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on complex office products

Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

SAP software experienceTechnical troubleshootingMicrosoft Excel proficiencyForklift certificationCustomer service skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years related experience (5 years preferred)

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot technical equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

SAP software experience (financial inventory tracking)

Warehouse experience (pulling parts, tracking inventory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Forklift certification (walking stacker use)

Valid driver's license

DG certification for IATA air shipments
