Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 engineers, handling all personnel management functions including staffing, performance management, fostering a positive work environment, and mentoring

Serve as team lead and technical contributor for Configuration Management, Change Management, and Quality Assurance

Perform Scrum Master duties, coordinating and conducting Agile ceremonies

Oversee engineering practices, including Risk Management, software development lifecycle, and team collaboration

Experience working on teams involved in all aspects of software development while also supporting an operational system

In-depth experience and understanding of Agile development methodologies, quality assurance, configuration, change management, software testing, and DevOps tools and environments

Strong understanding and application of software and system engineering principles, practices, and standards

Experience with Configuration Management Systems such as IBM Engineering Workflow Manager (EWM/RTC)

Effective people management skills

Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Effective administrative and organizational skills

Flexible and versatile with the ability to work on a variety of different tasks and responsibilities requiring frequent multitasking
