Charge Robotics is a Series A startup focused on building robots that construct solar farms, addressing the labor shortage in the booming solar project market. As a Robotics System Operator, you will operate robotic systems and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient operations on job sites, contributing to the deployment of innovative solar installation technologies.

Responsibilities

Operating our state-of-the-art robotic factory and fleet of delivery vehicles on jobsites across the United States
Assigning tasks to other team members to ensure materials are loaded correctly and efficiently into the factory
Working with the software team to improve operator user experience and efficiency
Monitoring the factory for faults, documenting issues, and working through resolutions with the team back at HQ
Communicating updates with the site superintendent on a regular basis

Required

Are available for full-time travel (a per diem stipend will be provided to cover housing and food)
Are proficient working with computers
Have a positive attitude and like working on a team
Will follow safety procedures + reinforce a culture of safety
Are able to lift 50lbs if necessary

Preferred

Are familiar with programming and/or the command line
Have experience working with industrial automation equipment or robotics
Have experience working on construction sites
