Responsibilities
Handle US support tickets within the required SLA and IT service measures, with high customer satisfaction
Manage US IT equipment and stock
Own the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, focusing on Mac and Win devices
Conduct US employees Onboarding and Offboarding
Join effort for implementing and maintaining security compliance requirements - Updates, Upgrades, Patchings, Licensings, utilizing world’s best Hyperautomation platform
Implementing new IT/Security Tools/Services
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup
Experience working with MacOS MDM system (Jumpcloud
Jamf
Kandji)
Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of ‘Google Workspace' platform
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS
Proficiency in scripting and automation. (i.e: python
powershell
bash etc.)
A service-oriented mindset with excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills
Well-organized with close attention to details
Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovation
Willing to learn, grow and develop
