Responsibilities
Client-Centric Operator: You excel at managing complex client relationships and understand the dynamics of delivering high-impact services within enterprise environments. You can set and manage customer expectations, align delivery to contracted outcomes, and lay the groundwork for future opportunities by earning trust and demonstrating measurable value. You have experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models
An Industry Expert (Highly Desired): You have deep exposure to one or more of the following domains—supply chain optimization, health insurance cost of care and/or prior authorization, or large-scale consumer contact centers
Lead High-Impact Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of a portfolio of enterprise-scale projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and drive measurable impact
Operate at Maximum Velocity: Embrace a high-speed, dynamic environment where priorities can shift, requiring quick thinking and adaptability
Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Regularly report on program status to senior executives, technical teams, and business leaders, fostering trust and maintaining alignment
Optimize Program Success: Structure and scale delivery efforts to maximize impact and efficiency, ensuring the program runs at peak performance
Influence Key Customer Decisions: Guide the client in providing the necessary teams, integrations, and resources to make the program a success
Grow and Motivate a Team: Onboard and organize forward-deployed AI engineers and AI strategists to design and build cutting-edge AI solutions
Stay Engaged in Delivery Activities: Run daily project scrums, engage in planning, requirements gathering/refinement, product management, testing, evals, deployment, etc, whatever is needed to drive execution forward
Champion AI-Driven Solutions: Understand how AI and automation can enhance business processes and technology delivery
Write the Playbook: Author best practices for delivering AI programs at scale
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs for enterprise clients, including a $10M+ budget program
Experience managing complex client relationships and understanding the dynamics of delivering high-impact services within enterprise environments
Experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models
Ability to oversee the successful execution of a portfolio of enterprise-scale projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and drive measurable impact
Ability to embrace a high-speed, dynamic environment where priorities can shift, requiring quick thinking and adaptability
Ability to regularly report on program status to senior executives, technical teams, and business leaders, fostering trust and maintaining alignment
Ability to structure and scale delivery efforts to maximize impact and efficiency, ensuring the program runs at peak performance
Ability to guide the client in providing the necessary teams, integrations, and resources to make the program a success
Ability to onboard and organize forward-deployed AI engineers and AI strategists to design and build cutting-edge AI solutions
Ability to run daily project scrums, engage in planning, requirements gathering/refinement, product management, testing, evals, deployment, etc
Understanding of how AI and automation can enhance business processes and technology delivery
Ability to author best practices for delivering AI programs at scale
Strong communication skills to seamlessly switch between technical deep-dives with engineers and high-level strategic conversations with executives
Demonstrated interest in AI-driven solutions and how they can optimize business outcomes
Preferred
