Responsibilities

Design end-to-end systems that can be delivered quickly, but are architected well-enough to scale reliably as needed

Lead/contribute to the technical architecture of several partner teams

Help set and drive highly performant engineering culture

Mentor engineers across your team and potentially across the organization

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and other engineering teams both within organization and cross-organization

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in software development

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products

5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent

3 years of experience with software design and architecture

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects

Experience developing applied AI algorithms

Familiarity with frontend frameworks across web and mobile
