Experience advising Customer executives on mitigating organizational risk
Experience rallying internal stakeholders to take action for a Customer
Ability to validate AI-generated insights through real-world customer engagement
Experience conducting structured QA reviews
Ability to oversee calibration cycles with AI/ML teams
Ability to ensure AI-driven health insights are grounded in real customer behavior
