Responsibilities
Develop, model, simulate, and optimize innovative MEMS transducers across multiple domains such as electric, acoustic, magnetic, etc
Drive the innovative concepts towards successful commercialization by working with product lines
Work with process experts to understand and optimize MEMS manufacturing process
Create and maintain compact behavioral models for use in system simulations
Assess, define, and negotiate MEMS device specifications based on system requirements
Perform optimization based on the defined MEMS specifications
Gather user requirements, translate them to functional specifications, and implement solutions and enhancement projects
