Responsibilities

Identify and report bugs, including escalating complex issues to executive engineers or managers

Develop and execute test plans, including contributing to the hardening of device hardware and software by developing automated scripts and running regression on existing Google platforms

Manage testing and releases of networking products, including managing timelines and project plans

Design test network topologies to validate functionality, performance, stability and scalability of features and products

Design, develop and execute test plans for networking features, equipment and systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with network equipment and network protocols testing and debugging

Experience in test automation using Python or C++

Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans and creating test cases

Experience with TCP/IP, Python, Networking Protocols, Software Test Engineering, Test Automation, Test Automation Framework, Test Design, and Test Methodology

Preferred

Experience with C++/C or Python, Networking Servers and Software-Defined Networking
