We are seeking a Lead – Endpoint Engineer to join our team supporting the Department of Transportation, responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices
Manage SCCM/Intune image deployment and patch compliance
Develop GPOs, endpoint baselines, and configuration scripts
Ensure integration with DOT’s ITSM toolset (ServiceNow/Remedy)
Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in IT or Computer Engineering
Certifications: Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator); ITIL v4
Experience: 5–8 years in endpoint engineering
Clearance: Public Trust
