Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking to hire highly qualified associates or of counsel to join their structured transactions practice group. The role requires corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with a preference for structured finance and securitization backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Seeking to hire highly qualified junior, midlevel or senior associates or of counsel with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group
The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred)
Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required
Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying
Qualification
