Responsibilities

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities with general contractors, home builders, commercial developers, civil contractors, and municipalities
Sell full-scope, turnkey erosion & sediment control and stormwater compliance services (SWPPP preparation, inspections, installation, maintenance, close-outs)
Network at industry events, jobsites, and association meetings to build a strong pipeline
Conduct site walks, pre-bid/pre-con meetings, and present professional proposals
Close deals and transition won projects seamlessly to operations for execution
Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat/referral business
Schedule and oversee occasional light field work (installing signage, minor adjustments, final walk-throughs, etc.)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and project-win targets

Required

Proven track record in B2B sales or sales management (construction, environmental services, or related industries highly preferred)
No excuses mindset—must be able to consistently close business in a competitive market
Exceptional networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to self-manage time and hit demanding deadlines
Comfortable working in the field and on construction sites (boots-on-the-ground role)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company truck provided)
Ability to travel throughout Texas as needed (some overnight travel required)

Preferred

Existing relationships with Texas general contractors, home builders, or civil contractors
Knowledge of stormwater regulations, SWPPPs, erosion control BMPs, or TCEQ/TPDES requirements
Experience selling construction or environmental services
