Responsibilities
Define and own the technical roadmap for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce solutions
Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for multi-org and multi-cloud environments
Drive CMS migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
Architect complex integrations using REST APIs, Connect APIs, and middleware tools
Define API security, authentication flows, and data governance policies
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across integrated systems
Oversee implementation of Salesforce Enhanced CMS features including workspaces, channels, collections, and taxonomy
Define workflows, approval processes, and governance for enterprise content management
Lead migration from legacy CMS platforms to Salesforce Enhanced CMS
Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards
Provide technical leadership during design sprints, solution workshops, and client presentations
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and business leaders
Mentor architects and development teams on advanced Salesforce capabilities
Drive innovation and thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud, Enhanced CMS, and Commerce solutions
Experience in defining and owning the technical roadmap for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce solutions
Ability to establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for multi-org and multi-cloud environments
Experience in driving CMS migration strategies and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
Expertise in architecting complex integrations using REST APIs, Connect APIs, and middleware tools
Knowledge of defining API security, authentication flows, and data governance policies
Experience ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance across integrated systems
Overseeing implementation of Salesforce Enhanced CMS features including workspaces, channels, collections, and taxonomy
Ability to define workflows, approval processes, and governance for enterprise content management
Experience leading migration from legacy CMS platforms to Salesforce Enhanced CMS
