Physician Liaison (Orange County)
Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care as an innovative leader in the field. The Physician Liaison will be responsible for expanding the clinician referral network and increasing market share for Clarity's ADHD and anxiety clinical offerings through relationship building and targeted strategies.

Responsibilities
Fuel growth of our clinician referral network by identifying, targeting and developing long lasting relationships with doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and practice administrators. You will develop new and existing accounts to increase Clarity Pediatrics’ share of the market and find new avenues for demand generation of Clarity’s ADHD and anxiety clinical offerings
Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards to increase HCP referrals through targeted strategies at the HCP office level
Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs (key performance indicators). Your success will be measured by the number of new referring providers, return referrals, and meetings scheduled with referral sources in the designated territory
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers, clinical managers, nurses and staff at pediatric practices and healthcare systems within an approximately 1 hour driving radius of your territory
Provide competitive insights and market intelligence regarding designated territory, provide feedback on marketing materials, and influence the development of our customer experience and patient/provider product offerings
Communicate the concerns of external providers to Commercial team partners and internal leadership and provide follow up
Document activities, events and other territory management activities in CRM system according to Commercial team processes; other administrative duties may be assigned
Display Clarity Pediatrics’ values as a brand ambassador both in and outside the office
Demonstrate leadership among peers by consistent communication, application and modeling of the appropriate compliance, behavior and conduct
Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, marketing materials, and peer to peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals
Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed based on organization and regional needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required
Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel overnight within territory if/as needed (1-2 overnights/month), as well as travel for team on-sites, onboarding, ongoing training in SF Bay Area 1-3 times per year
Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills
Ability to build strong relationships, service the total office, and add value with every interaction
Proficient with virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho) & Google Suite
Proven track record of exceeding sales quota in highly competitive markets
Established, strong relationships with key decision makers at pediatric clinics in designated geography, deftly handling objections to drive to a close
Experience using creative approaches to navigate ambiguity to drive new partnerships from introduction to close in a timely and self-sufficient manner
Preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience selling to healthcare providers, with experience selling to pediatric clinicians in the past 2 years preferred
Startup experience (Series B or earlier), or experience launching a new product/service, to demonstrate that you can thrive in our fast-paced environment, navigate change, and efficiently allocate resources
