Responsibilities
Develop and manage evergreen nurtures to drive adoption, engagement and value from the moment prospect enters marketable universe to beyond post-sale
Design personalized onboarding experiences that support various personas and segments across various channels
Develop foundational understanding of the customer journey and use data-driven insights to propose new optimizations, personalization, and A/B test to execute
Identify key touchpoints and create targeted campaigns to enhance user experience, immediate value realization and frictionless ongoing adoption
Partner with creative team to create compelling content for emails, in-app messages, push notifications and SMS
Regularly analyze results, identify insights, and provide performance updates to assess impact and inform recommendations
Work closely with cross-functional partners across Analytics, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, crm marketing, or a related role, with a focus on managing complex email nurtures across various lifecycle stages
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision making
Self starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight
Proficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs), Appcues, Mixpanel, Tableau, Rockerbox, Extole, and Asana
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to execution
Preferred
Experience in SMS, push, and in-product notifications is a plus
