Responsibilities
Complete setup and breakdown of all Premium Season Ticket Member areas including Suites, Cabanas, Platinum Club Seats, Stadium Club, Champions Lounge, Tunnel Club, The Deck, Valet and Premium Concierge reception
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests to the venue, being knowledgeable of venue layout and policies, and escorting first-time guests
Monitor admission in Premium Season Ticket Member areas by checking for appropriate ticket, wristband and/or credential access
Develop and uphold a friendly rapport with Premium Season Ticket Members. Demonstrate recognition by name and ticket location
Act as first point of contact regarding client issues, escalating to supervisor when necessary
Qualification
Required
A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
A minimum of 0- years of related work experience preferably in the sports/entertainment venue environment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 8 hours and withstand various weather elements such as high temperatures and rain
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and the ability to conduct all interactions in a positive and professional manner
