Responsibilities

Represent creditors and real estate secured lenders in litigation matters
Handle cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Conduct and defend depositions
Make court appearances (remote and in-person)
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates
Analyze complex legal issues and propose effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams across corporate, securities, and transactional practice groups
Maintain accurate timekeeping and documentation

Required

3–15 years of litigation experience
Active California Bar membership

Preferred

Creditor representation experience strongly preferred
Background in real estate litigation is a plus
Experience with Unlawful Detainer and/or Bankruptcy proceedings is beneficial
Strong legal writing, research, advocacy, and client communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Customer-service oriented and solutions-driven
