Own key pieces of financial statement reporting related to income and non-income taxes — including ASC 740 and franchise tax accounting
Partner with our external tax and audit firms to keep reporting smooth, accurate, and audit-ready
Prepare and file federal, state, and local returns — income, franchise, property, sales & use, and more
Manage payments and tracking for real estate and other taxes across our growing portfolio
Keep our SOX documentation and tax policies up to date
Support tax audits and inquiries with confidence and clarity
Spot tax risks and opportunities
Jump in on tax planning and process improvements that make life easier and results stronger
Qualification
Required
