InternServiceSource is a champion for people with disabilities, seeking an IT Intern to provide IT support to the IT department and company staff. This 12-month internship program offers approximately 30 hours per week of learning and job experience for job seekers with documented disabilities.

Responsibilities
Support IT asset Inventory
Responsible for set up of new systems and rebuild of old systems
Set up end user profiles
Install/configure software and firmware updates
Contact vendors for hardware support
Schedule and deploy systems to end users
Assist end users with logging to systems
Enter support tickets and answer phones
Field incoming requests for support via phone, e-mail, and in-person to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including installation and troubleshooting
Experience with desktop windows 10 and server operating systems
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Good customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
