Responsibilities
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full process from initial contact to close. You are responsible for keeping your pipeline moving and getting deals across the line
Sell Outcomes, Not Features: Act as a consultant. Show business owners how our methodology generates revenue for them, rather than just demoing a platform
Build Your Pipeline: We provide leads, but you’ll also hunt. Identify target companies and use cold outreach to ensure you exceed your sales goals
Engage Decision Makers: Speak directly with SMB owners to understand their needs and clearly articulate the value we bring to their organization
Qualification
Required
2+ years of new business development experience selling B2B technology or services (SaaS/Digital preferred)
A clear demonstration of being a top individual contributor (e.g., President's Club) with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas in a closing role
Proven experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM
Comfortable discussing business strategy, ROI, and outcomes with business owners
Effective, influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage efficiently through all media
Preferred
Former experience as an outbound SDR
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator)
Formal sales training (e.g., The Challenger Sale, Sandler)
