Responsibilities
Lead external recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for hourly operations
Manage internal transfers and interviews, ensuring consistent processes
Guide candidates and associates through onboarding and HR matters
Administer HR & Safety plans, policies, and new hire orientation
Maintain HR & Safety metrics, employee records (UKG), and employment testing
Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality
Oversee attendance tracking, safety program support, and general HR administration
Develop employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR coordination or similar experience
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Detail-oriented, discrete, and service-focused
