This role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, allowing interns to develop technical skills and contribute to real-world projects within the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities
Serve as a technical resource for the Maintenance Department, providing support and expertise
Collaborate with team members to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns
Play a key role in the implementation of an updated preventive maintenance program across the facility
Contribute to mechanical and facilities maintenance projects
Assist with small capital improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering program
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for pursuing a career in manufacturing and industrial environments
Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues across departments
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
