Analyst I
Cape Fox Federal Contracting Group is seeking an Analyst I to support the Department of the Interior in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities
Plans and implements strategic approaches that meet data and performance management objectives, including reviewing specifications and data, identifying trends and potential problems, and recommending alternatives and solutions
Provides independent and objective analysis and consulting services, including baseline assessments, program audits and evaluations, performance measures/indicators, and reporting
Assists in validating existing strengths and provides recommendations for improvement
Assists in the development and preparation of reports that present findings clearly and accurately
Assist groups in establishing clear goals to achieve higher levels of problem-solving and decision-making
Manages the Annual A-45 Rent Reviews
Manages access to the Internet Quarters Management Information System (iQMIS), assists new users with system navigation and training, ensures tenant data is updated by site tenant managers upon arrival and departure, and ensures annual rent updates in iQMIS by Regional Housing Managers
Reviews open work orders in Maximo, identifies aged/older quarters work orders, and partners with Regional and Hub Quarters Managers to ensure they manage and prioritize their work orders
Manages the Maximo training schedule
Sends draft staffing plans to site leaders and incorporates requested edits to initiate Housing Needs Analyses (HNAs)
Submits monthly performance reports to the COR or designated supervisor
Prepares monthly reports that include metrics such as rent review status, issues identified and resolved, number of users granted iQMIS access, summary of assistance provided, number of work orders closed, number of staff trained, number of HNAs conducted, and other required indicators
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of related experience, including analytical work related to asset management, housing policy, government reporting, or similar fields
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, or a related field
Must Pass the Background Investigation
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
