Support clients in responding to data breaches and managing incident response
Assist with privacy and data breach litigation
Advise on global privacy compliance and regulatory obligations
Provide guidance on data protection issues in complex corporate transactions
Work with U.S. state and federal privacy laws; prior exposure is strongly preferred
Qualification
Required
Junior-level associate with relevant experience in privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory, or technology-related matters
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in building a career within a highly regarded privacy and cybersecurity practice
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
Preferred
Work with U.S. state and federal privacy laws; prior exposure is strongly preferred
