Responsibilities
Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
Develop and maintain project resource loaded workplan
Coordinate with necessary team members
Develop and monitor project metrics
Participate in project coordination meetings
Conduct project site visits if applicable
Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
Develop cost estimates
Perform other duties as needed
Work from project co-location spaces as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of: Oral and written communication skills, Interpersonal and leadership skills, Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks, Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance
Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT
Strong project management skills
Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules
Previous experience working on healthcare projects
Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principals including the Last Planner System
